You must appoint a competent person to help you comply with your duties under health and safety law so that you can prevent accidents and ill health at work. We believe that for the construction industry the most appropriate firm to act as a competent person is one who is both a full member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (MIOSH) and a Registered Safety Practitioner (RSP). That's why we're proud to hold the letters MIOSH, RSP, and why companies trust us to help them comply with their health and safety obligations. We are also a Member of the Association of Planning Supervisors.
